Where in the world to begin???

It has been forever (9 months and 4 days to be exact) that I have been away from the computer! Here are my excuses:
1. I have learned to walk and I have been busy refining my skill.
2. Mommy calls me a toddler now and so I have been busy acting like one...(more on that later!)
3. I was really busy playing with all my friends in Virginia because I wanted to spend as much time with them as possible before Daddy and Mommy picked me up and moved me across the country.
4. Daddy and Mommy packed away the computer (along with everything else from my house).
5. I did move across the country to San Antonio, Texas. We moved in on Oct. 31, 2007.
6. I have been busy making new friends in San Antonio... a.k.a. Tanner, Andrew, Matthew, Ben...notice something??? ALL BOYS!!! I am still searching far and wide for some girlfriends!

Excuses aside...I am back and ready to keep you up to date on all my latest happenings! But before I move on, let me think back and let you know about some of the many things I have been up to:
* I am making some new friends...the ones listed above and Ben Lewis, Annabelle Martin, and many at Spectrum Gym.
*I love seeing school buses, tractors, dirt, big trucks, and trains.
*I am not a big fan of the pool.
*I am a big fan of Baby Jesus--I find pictures of Him in my Bible and I even have a toy Baby Jesus from a Nativity Scene!
*I love to use my Color Wonder markers and crayons. I also like Playdoh!
*I went back to visit friends in VA! I stayed in a hotel with mommy and daddy and we had so much fun! I loved seeing Mackenzie, Caleb, Wesley, Stella, and Clara.
*I went to the beach for the first time! On May 23, 2008 I flew to Tampa and then drove to Boca Grande. I got to see Will and Mark Meister and Abigail, Kimmy, and Mikey Fisher! I was not too fond of the beach..."NO WATER!" is what I said about 150 times.
*I like to eat breakfast in front of the TV...watching my favorite movies...BOZ and Elmo. I am finally over Baby Einstein.
*I love to stay with my babysitter, Mykah McCubbin.
*I like to pretend. I like to pretend babies are crying and I hug them or give them a bottle to make them feel better. I also like to read my babies books and put them "night-night" in my bed.
*I went through a phase when I like to line things up...babies, monkeys, etc.*I still love my "Bu-Bu". Mommy and daddy call it "blankie."
*My favorite foods are hummus, pickles, hot dogs, ice cream, fries, rice and beans, queso, and Gerber fruit treats.
*I saw the Texas bluebonnets for the first time.
*I went to Gymboree and learned many new tricks!
*Mommy and daddy took me to the library for the first time to check out books.
*I stayed with Gigi and Grandpa for 5 days when mommy and daddy went to Mexico. I was a really good girl for them.
*I have become a huge Aggie fan! "Aggies, Aggies!!!"
*I have a new cousin!!! Baby Roo is his name. I have a hard time pronouncing "Drew." He was born on Feb. 13, 2008.
*I have learned a little about Elmo and Dora.
*I love to swing and slide at the park.
*I really like working puzzles right now.
*I love seeing the animals at the zoo! And some of the silly things I say:
"Love you much!"
"Mommy come...out bed...daddy work...Emmy wake...out bed!"
"Daddy home soon!"
"Whole bag!" (I don't want just one rice cake!)
"One bite!" (Picture me with my hand above my head with one finger up.)
"Park, slide!"It's hard to think of all the fun things I should include as I think back over the last 9 months. I sure have grown up. My hair has gotten so long and it is still curly. Mommy likes to put it in a Pebbles style pony tail or little pigtails. I weigh about 29 pounds and I will have to get back with you on my height. I am learning how to be good friend...mommy and daddy are teaching me how to share toys and take turns. Oh, and I love my Bibles. I have two...a big one and a small one. Mommy and daddy think it is precious when they find me in my glider in my room reading my Bible to my stuffed animals or babies. I have learned my colors...orange, green, purple, yellow, red, blue, pink, and white. I've learned my animals and the sounds they make too... Daddy's even taught me how to make an elephant sound! I also know how to count to 10...and I can count 5-7 objects pretty well. I also am learning my ABC's. My days are busy and I am changing every day! That's all for now. I may think of more to add...check back!
